Bristol - 15 month check up

He hasn't gotten much blog lovin', but the little man is still around. He is talking up a storm saying 'thank you', 'cheese' when his picture is taken, and has even put together 'more' and 'cookies'. Wonder where he gets that? =) He is 32 inches and 24 pounds and 3 ounces, so is still tracking right along on his growth chart. The three shots weren't fun for him, but we took him and Beck to Chuck E. Cheese tonight to make it better.

Dance Recital 2007

Madalyn has taken a combination dance class for the third year in a row. She had her recital at Texas State Saturday with her own cheering section in tow. She did an amazing job complete with her big exit blowing kisses as she walked off the stage. I personally enjoyed Beck's 'snake in the grass' show. ;)

Traveling for Work

I've gotten to do some traveling for work including a trip to New Orleans which was a blast. Who knew that 20+ hours of Employee Benefit Training could be fun? The next pic is on the ferry to Port Aransas for our audit retreat. Super great time and good bonding. Maybe too much, and let's just say this was the most tame pic of the trip. Trust me, accountants know how to have a good time!

Madalyn's Last Day of 1st Grade

I know the blog has been a little Maddy heavy lately, but she's had a lot going on! Here is a pic with Mrs. Bosquez on the last day of school. She was a really great teacher, and we hope the teachers next year will be as good. The next pic is at Logans. We took her to dinner to celebrate her accomplishment of perfect attendance for the second year in a row, and true to the deal Jeff made her at the beginning of the year she's holding her new iPod. Heaven help us - we may not make it through all of the impromptu concerts as she sings along.

Madalyn as Belle

My mom put in some crazy hours to get it finished, but she finished Madalyn's Belle costume for a birthday party. Madalyn was invited to a Princess birthday party for one of her friends at school. Jacqueline chose three friends and assigned them a princess to be for the party. Her mom had her hair stylist come and do the girl's hair and makeup, and then they went downtown and ate at Louie's 106. After their fantastic dinner they went for a carriage ride around the Capitol.
Super Cool and then she got to go to Disney Princesses on Ice with Jacqueline a couple of weeks later and wear it again.
